Dear Readers (or is that a little presumptious?)

I love cooking for friends and somehow that was not quite enough, but I want to continue cooking beautiful tasty home food for pleasure…

..but now I am going to share it!

For me food is something to share and have evenings to remember, lifestyle and discovery. Growing up in France with my family has led me to love of fresh produce beautifully cooked. Love of spices and discovery of new flavour combinations have taken me to many shores from Vietnam to New-York to Scotland to discover the fabulous flavours of the world!
